I have a terrible feeling that I may not have a job after tomorrow.  A friend that I work with was fired for reasons that seem very hinky.

I had a particularly bad call where I was essentially yelled at, had to listen to racist and bigoted language, and still tried to help the guy as best as I could.  I was fine with the write up until he (my supervisor)  made it sound like it was all my fault.  I tried my best to help this customer and he fought me EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY.

I need out of tech support.  I don’t mind customer service, but tech support is not for me anymore.

I think it’s a good thing my supervisor let me go home today.  My first and only call was a bit of a doozy with a woman in full blown panic mode that would not let me get a word in edgewise and then when I was trying to relay some information to my ‘work buddy’ about a callback that needs to be made later this afternoon, she just snaps at me for no reason.

a customer told me that they ‘aren’t a technical person’ or something similar, I’d be a rich woman.

I worked the equivalent of 6.5 days this week.  I will most likely do the same next week.

I hate overtime, and I’m rather beginning to hate anyone that uses a damn iPhone.

Also, if you don’t know how to use a computer, DO NOT BUY AN IPHONE.

Please don’t call today.  I’m getting really tired of your bullshit and I’m having trouble coping.

If you do need to call, please remember that you are talking to another human being.  I deserve to be treated with respect and as a human.  I didn’t break your phone, I don’t make the company policies.  You need to learn to read your warranty.

I just hope that no one asks what my holiday plans are because I don’t have any, and it’s entirely possible that I would start to cry on the phone because I miss him.

I told you that I couldn’t do what you wanted me to do because I don’t have the ability to do so. I told you to contact our Enterprise support because they would be able to help but that their support is not free.

I wish that I could have helped you, really I do, but I cannot removed parts of the operating system software.

I really hate that my pay is based on the whims of the customer.

There are a lot of people out there whose parents didn’t teach them to be respectful to others.

Most people don’t read warranties.

The carpet in this office is terribly ugly, like way worse than Vegas carpet.

Apparently I come off as sounding like I’m from a different class when I’m talking to some customers.
